The SL88 has an 8-way screw terminal block for its outputs.

The basic principles in connecting an RLX8 to an SL88, using the UBCC1030 cable, are:

  1. Cut the crimp terminals off the lose ends of the UBCC1030 cable and strip the wires for insertion in the screw terminals.
  2. Connect the white wire to the positive supply voltage of the SL88. The safest thing is to terminate it on the actual power supply terminal block of the SL88.
  3. Allocate relay wires (all but the black wire) to the output terminals of the SL88.
