Read the OBCA count as a floating point number in W, and clear (reset) the counter. This instruction is intended for use in only in totalizing counter mode (Mode 4).

In totalizing mode this instruction returns the counts accumulated since the counter was last cleared with an OBCA_fRdClr or an OBCA_Clr. The main feature of this instruction is that it reads and clears simultaneously, with no missed counts.

Dialect exclusions: Not available in dialects before 12. Also, only available on SPLat controllers that have OBCA support with the totalizing counter feature (please check the documentation for your specific board and Firmware version).
