Sets the onboard quadrature count channel c to 0. OBQC general documentation.
In current versions there is a single channel, so c must be 0 or can be left out.
Dialect exclusions: Not available in dialects before 16. Also, not available on SPLat controllers that do not have onboard quadrature counter support (please check the documentation for your specific board and Firmware version).
