Formats HH, MM and SS (assumed to contain a valid date) to U0-U7 as an ASCII string in the format 05/06/29 (yy/mm/dd) and sets V to 8.
This is a “low level” UV instruction which you are unlikely to need. It is used by the LCD display instructions.
Dialect exclusions: Not available in dialects before 16.
