(Read back an output)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Push<\/a>es the state of the nominated output number ii to\u00a0X<\/a>\u00a0in Boolean form. Note that the value returned is the value that has been most recently set on the output by an On, Off, Output or OutputM instruction, as opposed to being a readback of the voltage at the output pin. This is particularly significant on SPLat boards with bidirectional I\/O points, such as the OEM36.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If an output is blinking (see\u00a0Blink<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0OutputB<\/a>) the InputO instruction will return a True result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* This instruction can also use the Index Register by adding i in front of the instruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

+ From dialect 16 the address argument will be\u00a0jndexed<\/a>\u00a0when executed inside a\u00a0MultiTrack<\/a>\u00a0task and will be indexed if the instruction is preceded by the\u00a0IasJ:<\/a><\/code>\u00a0precode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This instruction will not read back an output ON condition resulting from an\u00a0fPulse0<\/a><\/code>\u00a0instruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dialect<\/a>\u00a0restriction: The InputO instruction is not implemented in boards with dialect numbers less than 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
